Bitexco Land Co's up-market apartments building at 91 Nguyen Huu Canh Street in HCMC's Binh Thanh District is being developed in two phases totaling 80,000 square meters. The first phase has 426 apartments divided between a 30 story building and a 13 story building.

The complex will have two 426 apartment blocks in the first phase and will then be extended to include a 30 storey hotel and office buildings. The apartments, which overlooks the Saigon River, will be sold to affluent Vietnamese and Viet Kieu and leased to foreigners.
