In late 2005, the USD$38 million 21 storey Vincom City Towers (VCT) opened in Hanoi offering 75,000 square metre of space in its twin towers, designed to offer an all-in-one stop that provides shopping, entertainment and business facilities. The towers are located on a busy intersection of Ba Trieu, Thai Phien, Bui Thi Xuan and Doan Tran Nghiep streets.

The first six floors of the towers, each covering over 4,000 sqm, are reserved for the International Trading Centre, while the remainder is for offices. The basement contains a 9,000 sqm parking garage. Tenants of the 27,600 sqm retail space include Elle, United Colours of Benetton, Adidas, Nike and Bonia. The property also has a food court with 20 restaurants serving English, French, Italian, Chinese, Thai and vegetarian foods, mainly catering to the office workers in the towers. Monthly rental rates at the shopping centre range from @$20-$90/sqm/month.
