Our Development Feasibility software is a powerful, flexible and easy to use appraisal & valuation tool. It's been designed from the ground up BY property professionals FOR property professionals. Originally designed by Indochina Chartered Appraisers ( RICS ) for use in the complicated real estate environment of Indochina , where foreign ownership is awkward and Joint Ventures and direct / indirect off-shore investment vehicles common. With the adoption of our Development Feasibility software you too will be able to benefit from the corporate wide standardisation of feasibility reporting and valuation. Designed as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet the software has a friendly Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format. How We Can Help You ! The program can assist you in conducting the following tasks : - - Estimate residual land value for acquisition / disposal for valuation purposes based on hypothetical development; - Financially appraise property development and test project feasibility; - Conduct analysis to achieve the best financial outcome for your development site; - Model different Joint Venture arrangements to calculate returns to two different parties (Developer and Land Owner) to assist in JV negotiations; - Produce detailed cash flow and summary project reports to assist in procuring project finance; - Analyse risk by various analysis.
