UDIC breaks ground on three housing blocks for Hanoi's resettlement project |

Urban Development and Investment Corp (UDIC) has broken ground on housing blocks in the expanded Bac Linh Dam new urban area, which is a part of Hanoi city's resettlement project for ground clearance of key works that will conducted in future.
UDIC is the contractor in charge of Bidding Package 3 on building foundation and completing the body of housing blocks, building technical infrastructure and landscape, inside and outside electricity system, and drainage system. Three blocks are designed on a site of 6,000 square metres, including two 12-storey blocks and one 15-storey block with the total construction area of 1,378 square metres, total floor area of 18,606 square metres and the land using co-efficient of 3.1 times. |
