| Hanoi to start work on 523b dong complex in Hanoi's Tu Liem Dist |

Transport and Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Co (Intracom) recently said that it would begin construction on a complex of office and apartment on March 7 in Hanoi.
The 523 billion dong complex project will be built in Trung Van commune, Hanoi's Tu Liem Dist (about two kilometres from the National Conference Centre to the Southwest). Covering an area of 23,829 square metres, the complex will include four blocks including a 15 story building of office with two basements and a floor area of over 15,000 square metres, two 11 story buildings of apartment with two basements which will provide 80 apartments for sales and another 25 storey building with two basements will provide 250 apartments for sales together with other works. |
