Hanoi's People Committee recently began construction on Hoa Binh Park project in Xuan Dinh commune, Tu Liem Dist.
Covering an area of 198,772 square metres, the Hoa Binh Park has a total investment capital of nearly 300 billion dong. As designed, the park will include a 5.4-hectare lake, entertainment areas, service areas, parking area and other works. As planned, the project would be commissioned by September 2010. |
