ITA licensed to conduct 1.2t dong property project |

Vina Universal Film Studio-Tourism Zone Investment Joint Stock Co under the Tan Tao Group has recently received a 50 year investment license from the central province of Quang Ngai to build Vina Paradise Son Tinh complex of commercial, service and tourism area with a total investment of 1.196 trillion dong. Of which, the company will invest 500 billion dong and will take a loan of 696 billion dong.
The first phase of the project including buildings and supporting works will be built within 25 months
The second phase will be finished in 16 months. The whole project covering an area of over 60 hectares in Son Tinh Town, Son Tinh Dist is expected to be commissioned after four-years of construction. |
